For employers & benefits leaders

Keep your most experienced women.

The women who run your business hit their peak years and the perimenopause transition at the same time. MARKABLE is a private benefit they run from their own phone, and a credible path back to feeling like themselves. It goes on your benefits menu in days and runs on its own.

A general wellness product, not a medical device.

The retention case

The talent math is already on the table.

The perimenopause transition lands squarely in the years when a woman is most experienced and hardest to replace. The numbers are published, and they are large.

01

The cost is measurable.

An estimated $1.8 billion a year in lost US work time is attributed to menopause symptoms, in a study of 4,440 women.1

02

It reaches your best people.

13.4% of women report an adverse work outcome from menopause symptoms, and these are the years when experience and institutional knowledge are at their peak.1

03

Replacing them is expensive.

SHRM puts the cost of replacing an experienced employee at 50 to 200 percent of annual salary, before the loss of continuity is even counted.2

04

A benefit changes the arc.

A private, credible wellness benefit gives experienced women a reason to stay, and a structured path back to feeling like themselves, on their own terms.

How it works

Live in days. No IT project.

You add one private link to your benefits menu. Everything else happens on the employee's own phone, on her own time.

01

You get a private enrollment link.

A branded page for your team. No IT involvement, no API, no platform dependency, and nothing to build.

02

Employees self-enroll, privately.

Each woman opens MARKABLE on her own phone, on her own time. It stays entirely hers.

03

She runs a seven-minute check.

A selfie, short cognitive games, quick sensory checks and a structured symptom log. She receives her own wellness picture and can bring it to her own clinician.

04

You see aggregate engagement only.

Participation and satisfaction, de-identified. Never individual results, never individual health data.

Private by design

Built for your most cautious legal team.

Each employee owns her own data and decides whether to share it with her own clinician. The employer stays one clean step removed.

The line that matters

The employer sees only aggregate, de-identified engagement, never individual data, except as required by law.

Employee-owned

Each woman owns her results and chooses whether to share them with her clinician. The employer has no access.

Encrypted and consented

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and no photo is stored without explicit opt-in.

Aggregate only

Employers receive de-identified engagement, such as participation and satisfaction. No individual health results.

Not a medical device

A general wellness product, so it places no clinical or regulatory burden on the employer.
Size the exposure

An illustrative look at the numbers.

Enter your own team size and salary. This applies published benchmarks to your inputs. It sizes the exposure the benchmarks describe, and does not model any MARKABLE effect.

$90,000Illustrative cost to replace one experienced employee, at the share you selected2
27Team members the benchmark suggests may report an adverse work outcome (13.4%)1
Illustrative estimate, not a guarantee of savings. These figures apply published benchmarks (Faubion et al. 2023; SHRM) to the numbers you entered. They describe the exposure those benchmarks imply, not a MARKABLE result, and they are not a specific return on investment. An adverse work outcome is not the same as a departure, so the two figures are shown separately and are not multiplied together.
Research & validation

Built on real data, from real women.

In our pilot, the fused model reached an AUC of 0.87. It is early and observational, and we say so plainly. The model fuses facial, symptom and cognitive signals across more than seventy symptom domains, and a paper is in preparation for peer review.

Questions

Questions from benefits leaders

What does the employer actually see? +
Only aggregate, de-identified engagement, such as participation and satisfaction. Never individual results and never individual health data, except as required by law. Each employee owns her own data and decides whether to share it with her own clinician.
How long does it take to launch? +
Days. Employees self-enroll through a private link, so there is no IT project, no API and no platform dependency. It goes on your benefits menu without an integration cycle.
Do employees have to take part? +
No. MARKABLE is an opt-in benefit that each employee accesses voluntarily through a private link. There is no individual-level tracking of who participates.
How is this different from our EAP? +
An EAP is a general resource an employee turns to when something is already wrong. MARKABLE is specific to the perimenopause and menopause transition, runs on a monthly cadence, and gives each woman a structured wellness picture she can bring to her own clinician. The two work well side by side.
Is MARKABLE a medical device? +
No. MARKABLE is a general wellness product for personal awareness and self-monitoring, in line with FDA, MHRA and Israeli MOH general-wellness guidance. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it places no clinical or regulatory burden on the employer.
Can we measure the program? +
Yes. You receive aggregate reports on participation, engagement trends and satisfaction, all de-identified. Over time you can read these alongside your own retention and productivity measures.

Add a benefit the women on your team will actually use.

Book a short benefits call, or see the employer dashboard first. Either way, you see exactly what you would and would not receive before you decide anything.
