Yes. Your individual wellness data is yours, and it is never sold. It is not shared with anyone without your explicit consent. If you choose to share a summary with your own clinician, only the clinician you designate receives it. If you use MARKABLE through an employer or health plan, that organization sees only aggregate, de-identified trends, never your individual results.
Your photo is processed to produce wellness indicators, and the original image is not kept unless you explicitly opt in to photo storage. Your face is your data, and you control what happens to it.

Yes. MARKABLE is designed and operated to align with GDPR and UK GDPR: health-related data is processed only with explicit consent, data-subject rights (access, deletion, portability, correction) are supported, and appropriate safeguards apply to international transfers. Israel holds a European Commission adequacy decision for data protection.

MARKABLE is a general wellness tool and is not a HIPAA covered entity, and it voluntarily aligns its data practices with HIPAA standards. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with access controls and breach-notification procedures. Where a clinic or health plan requires a Business Associate Agreement, we can put one in place.
When a patient completes a check and chooses to share it, the clinician receives a structured wellness summary by email or secure web link. The summary leads with an at-a-glance overview and covers current therapy and adherence, the focus of the visit, the symptom landscape, reported bleeding and cycle changes, and functional signals across cognition and facial wellness, with any patterns worth a closer look flagged. There is nothing to install and no EHR integration required to begin.
